To be honest, it could be several different things- but my main guess is, the latter mods you're using Shazam/Thor, may be outdated. I can't really say for certain as I've never used the mods in question, though I do have quite a bit of experience with modding in GTA5. This sub tends to be more focused on mods for online, however.
